The package will be shipped directly from Thailand:
• For all countries, except the USA
 Via Standard Package Airmail and it will take about 10 - 30 business days. It may take a longer time depending on the clearance at your customs. 
 
• USA
Via USPS first-class mail - The transit time can still take from 10-20 days due to customs clearance. Also, it may take up to 7-12 days for the status to update once the parcel arrives in the USA. 
 
• Express Service
 Via USPS or EMS by Thailand Post 
 
All parcels will be declared as gifts: 
• The value of the plants in CN22 form will be reduced to around $30 USD / 1000 THB. This applies to all packages - EXCEPT for the EU buyer as Etsy collected VAT from you so we will share the IOSS number and the amount that you paid on the label for you. However, if you have to pay VAT again plus the handling fee, you can contact Etsy to get the VAT refunded but the handling fee won't be able to get a refund.

⚠️ Return and Refund Policy 
 
Buyers should check customs for bringing plants into the country:
• With/without requiring a phytosanitary certificate or any restrictions on your customs. We won't take responsibility for any items if the plants were confiscated at your customs.
 
Bulb(s) are shipped at the buyer’s risk:
• We try to pack the best way but if damage occurs by rough transit it is beyond our responsibility. However, if certain plants rot or die in the box, please contact us within 3 days. Take photos of the box and plants when arrive. In case it arrived in bad condition. We will send you a replacement or a refund. But please note that the refundable will be deducted shipping cost.  
 
Any dispute, request refund, cancel the order (charged 5%), or any wrong information:
• The buyer needs to inform our team within 1 business day after ordering to avoid the unnecessary cost incurred. If you have any questions, please inbox us and share them with us. We will assist you as soon as possible.
 
⚠️   Import Buyer Info
 
In the United States
• The USDA permit is to import plant products to the USA without your import permit papers if they are  [ lower than 13 plants ] with the phytosanitary certificate. For the plant products that are [ more than 12 plants ], you have to send us a copy of the papers import permit papers so we can get the phytosanitary certificate for you.
 
In the EU (European Union)
• We provide the phytosanitary certificate for you.  To ship the plant with/without the phytosanitary certificate to your country will be the buyer's risk. We are not responsible for customs confiscation.
 
In Australia 
• Buyers have to send us a copy of your import permit papers so we can get the phytosanitary certificate for you. It is very hard to import the plant to Australia. You have to check with the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) on import requirements. In case you can’t provide us import permit, we will send it without a Certificate.  
 
In Canada
• We have an alternative option for buyers to choose express shipping service with our shipping agent. Our shipping agency will provide a buyer's import permit and tracking number. (Service is an available alternative week) Also, buyers can combine a few plants in one package. Generally, the shipping takes 5 to 10 Business days. In case you don't provide us import permit, we will send the order. And we are not responsible for customs confiscation. 
 
In Brazil, Mexico, and Turkey
• Your customs may be strict to import the plant to your country. You should contact your customs for the import permit before ordering. In case you can’t provide us import permit, we will send it without a Certificate. And we are not responsible for customs confiscation.
 
In Singapore
• Npark required buyers to have an import permit that bring plants into Singapore. Buyers can apply online with the phytosanitary certificate and we will share the phytosanitary certificate with you after we ship it out from Thailand. The import permit fee costs SGD $11 for each consignment basic. Once the online application and fee are done before the plant arrives in Singapore. The Npark will release the plant and deliver it to your home.
